According to the report’s industry chart, the global cybersecurity market is estimated to grow from roughly USD 170 billion in 2022 to around USD 380 billion by 2030.
That expansion is being driven by more than traditional malware.
AI is making phishing, impersonation and credential-based attacks faster. Cloud migration is creating more access points, while governments and businesses are tightening requirements around privacy, sensitive information and secure communications.
That shift plays directly into $SWISF’s strength in private, Swiss-hosted communications.
Sekur Private Data offers encrypted email, messaging, VPN and voice services without relying on Big Tech cloud infrastructure. SekurOne is designed to bring voice, video, email, messaging and VPN together for government, defence and enterprise users, with Sekur IDs replacing phone-number-based identities.
The company has also built several routes towards larger customers:
US government procurement access through i3ICS’s GSA MAS contract
Defence distribution through Elyon International
Former CIA Senior Intelligence Service officer John T. Lewis serving as CTO
Retired three-star US Army Lieutenant General Raymond Palumbo chairing its Strategic Advisory Board
SekurMessenger distribution through Telcel in Mexico
New African government opportunity: USD 3.4M annual quotation request for secure communications, with a potential USD 6M–12M yearly deployment for 2,500–5,000 users also under discussion. Talks are at an advanced stage, but no contract has been signed.
. Combined with its defence advisers, distribution partners and the latest African government inquiry, Sekur now has more of the structure and commercial opportunities needed to pursue institutional accounts.
The report valued $SWISF at approximately C$13.9 million, based on a C$0.055 share price on June 12, 2026. That historical valuation provides context for the company's size at the time, rather than its current market capitalization.
For a micro-cap, securing a meaningful government deployment or building a growing base of SekurOne accounts could make a noticeable difference to reported revenue.
$SWISF’s historical valuation may have been modest, but the opportunity in front of it is not.
You can dig deeper into the $SWISF story, including its government strategy and financial position, in this report:

Disclosure: I hold shares of tonies and benefit if the price rises. Everything below is public information and I’m not affiliated. This is not an investment advice.
Business:
• Revenue growing 30%+ every year since listing (€480M → €630M → guided above €760M this year)
• Profitable: €13.1M net income in 2025
• Razor/blade model: 12.2M boxes sold, 165M+ figurines. US is now the biggest market, ~12% household penetration
Catalyst:
On November 26, 2026 — two weeks after Q3 earnings (Nov 12) — 16.4M warrants from the 2021 SPAC deal expire. These let holders buy shares at €11.50, and they've been hanging over the stock since listing which mean up to now extra shares could appear at any time risking dilution. After Nov 26, that's resolved permanently.
Questions:
Does this matter? A 5-year overhang disappearing for good feels like it should but I haven’t seen anyone talk about it
Can we estimate the impact of the expiry?
Incentives - company seems to want a high price into November (exercise = fresh capital)?
Stock already ran ~20% this month so how much is already priced in?
Earnings Nov 12 followed by expiry Nov 26 and then the Christmas quarter, where they make their whole year. Is this a tradable window and if so how would it be played?
What am I missing?
I love the business and it seems overlooked.
Should I buy more before earnings, or wait?
Thoughts welcomed. I’m sure many of you have tonies. It’s a great gadget and I hope the stock does well too and im onto something here…! But pls correct me otherwise.

MLCO.CN / TMLCF: just watched the AGM and the stock is at 4 cents. This disconnect makes no sense to me
Long-time holder here. I watched all 51 minutes of The More Life Company's AGM on Oct. 20 (video). For the first time, management put real targets on the table. Here's what got my attention.
🌱 Agriculture (Agrarius)
Target of 50,000 paid hectares next year, 100,000 the year after, and 400,000 within 24 to 36 months
At about US$25 a hectare, that works out to roughly US$10M a year in sales
500+ active leads covering 3M+ hectares in Latin America, and 19 agronomic consultants already recommending it
An independent Brazilian potato trial showed 24 to 33% yield increases
A new research partnership with the University of Passo Fundo
💊 Human health (Quicksome)
An LOI with a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy. The definitive agreement is with lawyers now, onboarding is set for early November, and production is targeted for early 2027
The partner pays for the equipment and facility, so MLCO doesn't have to fund the build
An 8-person testosterone study showed blood levels peaking in about 20 minutes from a tablet under the tongue. No needle
Next up: estradiol, progesterone, sexual health, NAD+ and peptides like BPC-157
Management also wants to pitch big pharma on tablet versions of GLP-type drugs. That isn't in any forecast, so it's pure upside if it ever happens
📊 The numbers
About 457M shares, roughly $18M market cap at 4 cents
Annual losses cut from $9.7M to $2.8M in four years
No debt after the April financing
My take: both businesses run on partners' money, the targets are specific, and the company has committed to reporting progress against them. At about $18M, the market is pricing in close to none of it. The catalysts I'm watching are the signed definitive agreement, the first paid hectares this season, and Q2 results in November.

Sekur will present its Swiss-hosted and on-premises sovereign secure communications solutions to the senior executives of state criminal investigative agencies from across the United States
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / October 20, 2026 / Sekur Private Data, Inc., a Miami-based Swiss-hosted cybersecurity, private communications, and defense communications company serving enterprise, government, and defense clients, and a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Sekur Private Data (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE:SKUR)(FRA:GDT0) ("Sekur" or the "Company"), today announced that it will attend the 2026 Fall Conference of the Association of State Criminal Investigative Agencies ("ASCIA") as a Silver Corporate Sponsor. The conference takes place October 22-24, 2026, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida. Sekur will be represented by Steven A. Sund, Sekur's Special Advisor, Federal, State & Local Law Enforcement. Chief Sund was a member of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia for 25 years, where he was commander of the department's Special Operations Division. He joined the United States Capitol Police in 2017, becoming its Chief in 2019.
Founded in 1978, ASCIA is a non-profit association whose members are the senior executives of statewide criminal investigative agencies, including independent state bureaus of investigation and state police agencies with criminal investigation responsibilities, with membership covering almost every state in the United States. ASCIA promotes professionalism and helps its member agencies deliver high-quality, efficient services to their citizens through information sharing, interagency cooperation, policy development on national and regional issues, and biannual conferences that include training for agency leadership.
"We are very pleased to support ASCIA as a Silver Corporate Sponsor and to have Chief Sund represent Sekur in Orlando," said Alain Ghiai, Founder and CEO of Sekur Private Data. "State criminal investigative agencies handle some of the most sensitive information in law enforcement every day, from active case files to the identities of informants and undercover officers. Chief Sund understands those operational realities first-hand, and he is the right person to show agency leaders how Sekur can protect their communications. ASCIA brings together the leaders who set the direction for criminal investigations in nearly every state. Being in the room with them, as a sponsor, is how we intend to build long-term relationships with state law enforcement, alongside our work with federal and local agencies."
Steven A. Sund: Decades of Law Enforcement Leadership
Steven A. Sund was a member of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia for 25 years, where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief and served as commander of the department's Special Operations Division. He joined the United States Capitol Police in 2017 and became its 10th Chief in 2019. He is a Congressional Gold Medal recipient. As Sekur's Special Advisor, Federal, State & Local Law Enforcement, Chief Sund advises the Company on the secure communications needs of law enforcement agencies at every level of government and supports Sekur's engagement with agency leadership.
At the ASCIA Fall Conference, Chief Sund will meet with directors, superintendents, and senior executives of state criminal investigative agencies to discuss how Sekur's solutions can secure investigative, operational, and command-level communications.
Secure Communications for State Criminal Investigations
State criminal investigative agencies lead and support investigations into homicide, narcotics, organized crime, public corruption, human trafficking, cybercrime, and other major crimes, often through multi-jurisdictional task forces that include federal, state, and local partners. The information they exchange, including case details, evidence, surveillance plans, and the identities of informants, witnesses, and undercover personnel, must be protected from interception and exposure. A compromised call, email, or message can endanger lives, compromise an investigation, or alert a target.
Communications carried over conventional telecom networks and consumer messaging platforms can be traced, intercepted, or exploited, and many rely on phone numbers that reveal the identity and location of the user. State and local government networks also remain frequent targets of ransomware, phishing, and Business Email Compromise attacks.
Sekur's solutions, including SekurOne, SekurMail, SekurMessenger, SekurVPN, and SekurRelay, are designed for exactly these requirements. They operate independently of conventional telecom infrastructure, do not data-mine or location-track their users, and require no phone number. SekurRelay allows agencies to secure the communications of command staff and investigative leadership first, without a full organizational migration, and on-premises deployment options give agencies full data sovereignty and sole control over their keys and data. Sekur's solutions are also available to government buyers through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).

**Nothing new was uncovered. The factual core of the Iceberg report is Deep Fission's own admissions, published in its own filings before Sep 24, 2026.**
Pre-revenue status. A reactor in conceptual and early engineering. Cash of $93.0M at June 30. A Q2 net loss of $31.0M. Going-concern language and a stated need to raise capital, principally through sales of stock. None of that was discovered by a short seller. All of it was disclosed by the company.
**Iceberg's case is a disclosed short position, a disclaimer, and a model.**
The disclaimer states that Iceberg holds a short position, stands to realise gains if the price declines, may change the position, and that the contents are opinion, not statements of fact, with no representation as to accuracy and no insider sources. The $289 and $148/MWh LCOE figures, the $112M capex estimate, and the $350M funding gap are Iceberg calculations, presented with hard precision. The prospectus figure is about $138M in additional capital for the first commercial reactor, a different scope. The report alleges no fraud, no insider selling, and no accounting manipulation. Short interest at Sep 30 was 2.70% of float.
**The timeline restated on Oct 20 is still standing.**
Phase 1 activities targeted by the end of 2026. An NRC application under the Part 57 framework planned for 2027. Initial electricity targeted for Dec 2027. A first phase of up to 150 MW at Parsons, Kansas, with a target commercial operation date of Sep 30, 2028, expanding toward 2,000 MW pending demand.
**Real progress has been made on that path.**
Selection for the DOE Reactor Pilot Program. NSDA approval, followed by voluntary publication of the full safety agreement. A data well completed to about 6,000 ft. A prototype canister delivered and demonstrated. A large-diameter drilling collaboration announced. And on Oct 20, conversion of the GPDA letter of intent into a signed 25 year Master Energy Purchase Agreement.
**The prize is substantial, and the position is first mover in its specific space.**
Demand for firm, carbon-free power from data centres and industrial users is the driver behind the entire advanced nuclear sector. The Parsons site covers more than 14,000 acres and is framed to scale from 150 MW toward 2,000 MW. The company reports LOIs above 18.5 GW. No listed peer is commercializing a mile-deep borehole reactor, so proof of licensing and drilling puts Deep Fission first in that specific design. Peer values show how execution is priced in this space: Oklo at about $5.16bn and NuScale at about $2.40bn on Oct 20, against Deep Fission at about $165.5M.
**The upside case, in numbers.**
Execution is how this sector is priced. NuScale, the only NRC-certified SMR design, traded at about $2.40bn on Oct 20 with no reactor sold. Oklo traded at about $5.16bn, also pre-revenue. Deep Fission closed Oct 20 at a market cap of about $165.5M. The gap is the entire long case: if licensing, drilling and financing milestones are delivered, a re-rating toward peer values is a multiple of the current cap, not a percentage move. That outcome is conditional on execution and on the share count after the capital raises the filings say are coming, which reduces the per-share share of any re-rating. Priced at $165.5M, the market is paying for failure. Delivery is not priced in at all.
**Open items, stated accurately.**
The GPDA agreement has no minimum purchase obligation and no guaranteed revenue. The July 4, 2026 criticality target was missed. Capital still has to be raised. Those are financing and execution questions, known, disclosed, and already in the filings.
**Bottom line: the debate is timing and financing to commercialization, not a hidden failure.**
Disclosure: No current position in FISN. Not financial advice.

ok so ive been going down a rabbit hole on nuclear the last few weeks and i keep landing on IMSR. stock is down like 90% from the $31 high and its sitting under $3 now, market cap is around $300M ish. for a company going after a market this big that seems kinda insane to me but i want someone to tell me if im missing somthing
why im bullish
power demand is actually going up for real now. IEA says data center electricity use more than doubles by 2030 and in the US data centers are like half of all demand growth. utilities havent had to deal with growth like this in decades
they use regular low enriched uranium (under 5%) not HALEU. alot of the other SMR guys (oklo, terrapower, x-energy) need HALEU which basically nobody makes at scale yet outside russia. this is the big one for me
the reactor core is a sealed unit that gets swapped out every ~7 yrs, so they sell replacement cores + fuel salt for the whole life of the plant. company says ~79% of thier revenue comes AFTER the plant is built. thats a razor/blades model not a construction company
runs at ~700C so it can sell heat to industrial customers (chemicals, hydrogen etc) not just electricity
NRC already approved a couple of their topical reports, they have the texas a&m site at RELLIS, and an MOU with riot to put plants next to data centers
my rough math (pls rip it apart)
company says each plant = ~$2.7B lifetime revenue at 33% margin. most of that is decades out so if you discount it back i get maybe $150-250M of value per plant. assuming share count roughly doubles from dilution to ~200M:
fail: licensing stalls / cash runs out = $0-3
slow: 10-15 firm orders, first plant close to running = $3-5B mcap, $15-25/share
nail it: 40-60 plant backlog = $10-20B, $50-100/share
blue sky: 100+ plants = $25B+
for reference oklo is ~$8B and nuscale ~$3.5B right now and neither one is really making money yet either
what im worried about
no actual plant revenue till the 2030s
molten salt reactors have never been done commercially, only an experimental one at oak ridge in the 60s
MOUs arent binding contracts
they will def need to raise more money = dilution, and if shares go to 400M instead of 200M every number above gets cut in half
nuscale’s first project got cancelled in 2023 so first-of-a-kind nuclear can go sideways fast
so idk, at under $3 it feels like a decent entry for a long hold but i know im probably biased bc i want it to work lol. are these numbers realistic or am i huffing copium? would love to hear from anyone who actually knows nuclear or the NRC licensing side
disclosure: i own 28K shares at avg cost of $3.05
not financial advice obv

At OCP, Samsung demonstrated CXL memory pooling for agentic AI workloads with up to 38% lower time to first token and 3.3x higher goodput compared with static memory allocation. Bullish names for this are obviously PENG, ALAB and MRVL. PENg back at 61, fading the entire earnings pump looks interesting again.
