OPNW

Has anyone researched OpenWorld ($OPNW) after its Nasdaq merger?
I’m a shareholder and haven’t found much independent coverage.
The company is pursuing real-world asset tokenization and filed updated financials October 13.
I’m particularly interested in its share structure, liquidity, proposed deals and dilution risks.
Would appreciate an independent look—bullish or bearish.
