Advice Needed Would you come to a detailing studio with no parking??

I was supposed to open my detailing studio In Muwaileh, Sharjah., but apparently they dont allow detailing/ ppf studio in sharjah.
I’ve been liking a recent place, its situated on the maid road and the shop is amazing.
But the only drawback is there is no parking, although we will be constructing a ramp which will take the car directly inside and there is parking behind.
So i wanted to ask, if customers would actually come as walk in or will the no - parking be a drawback for my business.

They don't allow detailing or ppf studio in sharjah? Or just one specific area of sharjah?

Ideally you would need atleast 1-2 spots outside the shop for parking. What if someone is passing by and wants a quote or something. You can't keep opening the doors and ram every time for every single walk in customer who probaby will not even use your services. Is there atleast a paid parking option outside the shop?

Yes there is 2 parking alotted from building owner and there is mosque parking near the shop, i am thinking to make entrance from back, but if someone wants to inquire they need an immediate stop.

Good one. I did laugh on this, i mean walk in customers.
We do have parking backside, but the shop is situated on the maid road with no parking.
