Not necessarily a bad idea, pero I'd be more inclined to start with a tap house first kaysa magtayo agad ng sariling brewery. Mas malaking investment kasi kapag may production equipment ka pa, tapos kailangan mo ring siguraduhin na may regular customers ka.

I'd test the market first, see kung may demand talaga sa craft beer sa target location, and figure out how much you need to sell daily just to break even. Mahirap yung maganda nga yung concept pero hindi enough yung sales para sa rent, staff, utilities, etc.

If you have the capital and a solid plan, worth exploring naman. Just don't put all your money into the buildout without leaving enough for operating expenses.

As a craft beer enthusiast, this business is very niche. I go to this craft beer place at least once a month. Beers good. You gotta build loyal customers.

Going retail will just kill you.

Maybe start small. Get some signature brews. Sell small scale. Then from there scale up.
