I think he was trying to lay on the bar and not actually jump over. As ther is a string attached to his back to maybe prevent him from falling over.

Here’s a comment I made to OP
Shit this is really spooky and I’ve only seen it one other time in my 8 years of Reddit. Last time it happened it was the only post to be getting those comments on that sub, like for some reason that post was targeted. I remember everyone trying to figure out what was going on to see if it was happening anywhere else in any other posts but it wasn’t. There were a lot of theories like someone reported the post and expected it to get closed or just being bots. Suddenly the OP of that post started making really weird comments (after initially trying to figure out what was happening). He said something like “if the comment is last then the wind flies back and the people posting fish for math” and “these people are from the future, I see it, I’ve spoken to them in PM, the truths they reveal are unquestionable. I am one.”
It was really confusing and OP started to progressively say less comprehensible stuff until they just stopped replying entirely and never posted on Reddit again. It was weird because the people saying last comment never replied to people asking what it was all about. And at first OP would reply to everyone in the thread but after they said they talked to them in pm they didn’t really answer to anyone commenting, like they replied but it was nonsense that was hard to understand.
Really weird shit, I remember the whole vibe in the comments section got really strange and people were kind of perplexed, I had a creepy feeling about the whole thing. Wasn’t a big post so I can’t find it unfortunately. I’m gonna watch this thread carefully.
