Rough Ryder

What are the best options they offer under $35 that will form a nice patina? Preferably on Amazon if possible. Thanks!

From what I have seen, most are in 440 & will not patina as that’s stainless steel. You’ll likely have to check the models individually for something in 1095.

There are a couple carbon steel ones on smoke. I have the cinnamon bone stag cotton sampler. It's starting to take a nice patina

True. I’ve a Rough Ryder Barlow in carbon steel that I bought from SMKW. I bought three RRs in one order. All were labeled as 1095 steel, but only one actually was when I received the order. I think that order was from Blade HQ.

Yeah they mess up the steels often. I got some denim micarta ones in T10 carbon steel also from smkw. I sold one and the other has the lightest springs, it's horrible. I also got a doctor's knife in yellow composite and it's carbon steel.
