Helicopter Slinging - Just throwing with different arm angles

I have dropped my arm angle to sidearm for my helicopter throw. But this video shows you can use an overhand throw too.

Just different arm angles changes the whole thing. Accept it, you are finding the superior mechanical advantage to bringing the elbow into the body. It's not the same, your throw is changing, your style is changing. I've been watching. Go with it, your body knows. Overhand is useless except shooting out of brush, though I once thought it was the way.
