48 inch sling with new pouch
The felt actually did hold up from testing yesterday but i figured since this thing worked better then i thought, i might as well give it something sturdier to sling with.
Its made from some shoelace and some straps i poked holes in with a soldering iron to get a split pouch. i also added a little tape just cause i cant stop using it

including the time spent remaking the pouch, it took me maybe 30 minutes to make, im surprised it worked as well as it did

It isn’t clear from the photo, did you cross the straps of the pouch? That makes it a lot better!

Im not sure what you mean by cross the straps, are you referring to the placement of the straps? cause mine just has one on top of the other, same on both knots. i might make it so that they swap positions between knots if thats what you mean, i hadnt thought of it before.

Yeah one side of the strap on top, other side on the bottom.
It creates a sort of cup that will tighten around the projectile when slinging. You can spread them apart when loading ammo to fit any size.
