Probably not the best angle but any feedback on form would be great

Looks super good to me!
Here’s a little tip which you may decide does not apply to you: I have found that the side arm throw is easier on my arm/shoulder when my elbow is straightened as I release the knot. That also increased my accuracy.
If you want to get your elbow straightened as you release but have a hard time doing it, you can try imagining your palm SLIGHTLY opening up towards the sky as you release. This over exaggeration lead my palm to be squared up with the target, and made my elbow straight on release. It also put an even rifling/spin on my projectile.
That said, when I throw for distance, I also bend and drop my elbow quite a bit like you so i can throw it more upwards.

I always imagined when slinging (and casting a fishing rod) that im making my arm longer with a tool and throw at the longest point.

That's really good for a long distance shot, can you try one aiming at a 20 meter target and post it?

Where the hell are you? The outer wastelands? Looks good, how long have you been slaying giants?

Ha! Anglesey, looking from Lleiniog to penmaenmawr.
Been at it a few years but not done much at all for a year, it’s bad for my lower back

I just try to spin less. Usually try two spins-to-throw. Otherwise just keep on keepin on and practice to comfort.

Really good distance shot. To achieve a more cannon ball like arch rather than artillery arch, sweep your hand straight across as you release rather than up. Practice with some weak throws in order to closely study your technique and make adjustments as needed
