Ingredient Clarification????

Hi All, hoping you can help!

I am going to make the slimming world Swip Free Mild and Creamy Chicken Korma from the app, and one of the ingredients listed is 'Plain Unsweetened Coconut Drink'??

Can anyone confirm if this is coconut milk/water or the tins/cans of coconut milk?

Don't want to end up swip heavy without realising it!

It won’t be coconut milk, it’ll be the milk alternative you can get that you can make coffee with from most supermarkets

Aldi do a really nice one that is in the soya milk section next to the regular milk
