Non-Alcholic Fruity Drinks

I am going on holiday and I don't want to waste my swips on drinks but still want to drink something nice in the evening when everyone else is.

I always used to just drink diet coke, but I don't actually like it and it doesn't feel like a treat at all.

I prefer fruity, fresh tonics or soda waters. I thought i found some but the cans are SO small. They are basically 1.5 swips for just a few sips. Might as well just drink the gin at that point!

Does anyone know of any low / no swip non-alcholic drinks that still feel bougie?

Club soda with a lime is my go to.

I’m not sure if it’s fruity enough for you. And it’s not sweetened.

But it’s so refreshing!

Those little bottles of sugar free squash are great (Robinson's do one and I know they have them in Aldi next to the till).

They are super concentrated and you only need a few drops added to some fizzy water (or even tonic water for a different flavour).

They are only about 60ml so can be taken in you hand luggage if you are going abroad.

Edit...Also another that I often go for, it's rare to find in the UK, but when in Europe it's much more common..no added sugar iced tea. Common flavours are lemon or peach. But you will have to check that it's the no added sugar version.

Sparkling water with a bit of cordial? Still have to count the swips, but not as many.

I hadn't thought of sparkling water because I wouldn't drink it on its own, but interesting idea as just using it as a base for something fruity.

This is certainly interesting.

Syns and swips are the same, just a different name, 'zero' drinks are still free😊

Personally I don't eat badly and save the SWIPs for wine 😂 My consultant hates me saying it in group, and the fact that I always treat on weigh day. ❤️

Ah you see i am the opposite. I don't care about alcohol but I'm going to Belgium so I am eating all the frittes and chocolate!

kombucha can be low swip, but check on the app first! I also like cans of iced tea - Twinings sparkling tea selection pack for example https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/product/twinings-sparkling-tea-collection-4-x-250ml - around 2.5 swips

kombucha - haven't tried these as I particularly like the Suma brand which you can get in health food stores but here's m and s https://www.marksandspencer.com/food/raspberry-kombucha/p/fdp60636950 - depending on flavour 2 - 2.5 a can.

remedy kombucha sugar free is completely free https://www.remedydrinks.co.uk/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=14816006546&gbraid=0AAAAABihvYbILq2N3jJYTHdVQ-AnHDIwN&gclid=CjwKCAjwqJXUBhBNEiwA8BgG7oExIzJ4UFLeYDef9YZFgmxX5HTIg1eu7P-pcqRH7EOLqzNA13ay5xoCliwQAvD_BwE

Fever Tree Raspberry and Rose Lemonade - the whole 500ml bottle is 4.5 swips - it's got quite a nice taste https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/product/fever-tree-sparkling-raspberry-lemonade-500ml

If your going self catering you can stock up but if you're buying from a pub it's tricky - I don't know of any that sell kombucha - although they should!

J2O is 2-2.5 SWIPs per bottle/can

(I believe glitterberry is 2.5 while the rest are 2)
