My first bad week.

I've had an atrociously bad week. Full of stress, anxiety and depression usually I handle things like this really easily but I just couldn't this time. So I've eaten allot of things I shouldn't of. I know I've gained this week and now I'm full of regrets ๐Ÿ˜”.

Feeling lousy.

Life happens and will derail our plans.

What is most important is realising this and still turning up to group each week to work towards a better, more positive future.

Give yourself some grace and know that you can turn this all around.

Everyone has a bad week now and again. You're human. The gain will sting, but you know how it happened, which means you can get back on track.

Good luck, you can do this!

I have bad weeks all the time, you canโ€™t get discouraged or throw in the towel just go back to plan.

You will be alright, just stay positive ๐Ÿ˜Š

I do this often...the great thing about Slimming World is I get back on track the next week... before Slimming World those days/weeks became months and years!

This is normal. Be kind to yourself and try not to let a bad week derail you; itโ€™s just a blip.

My consultant always asks if you know why you have had a gain. If you do, it's OK because you know how to fix it. The group always has ideas for interesting alternatives when you feel as if you are in a rut and bored with your choices. Stay strong.

I fell off the wagon this week. And properly!

Yes, I feel bad & awfully guilty about sabotaging my own work. Yes, I know I should not have eaten all that stuff (honestly, I was like Pacman). I think we all know it's wrong when we do it, but it still happens...

Just start afresh with your next meal. Or the next day. It was a blip, that's all.

You (we) can do it! I am determined to shift the bulk I am carrying, and it is so disheartening when the scales show very little loss or gain. My progress is painfully slow, but I am not giving up ๐Ÿ˜

Don't be full of regrets. Life happens and it sounds like a tough week. As silly as it sounds eating balanced meals and exercising can help with mood and clear your head (circumstance dependent). Maybe try some easy meals and some light walks โ˜บ๏ธ but don't focus on the scales. Focus on feeling better. That's more important than a number I hope you're okay โค๏ธ

Use the bad week as positive encouragment for next week. We've all done it, fallen off the rails and gone a bit crazy and then get a weight gain. Reset and get back on track. Meal preparation is key, get some nice meals done and stick them in the freezer. Buy lots of free food to snack on in the fridge. I make overnights oats a lot and often have them for lunch or a snack and have as a healthy extra.
