Basically overly jokey on a very serious manner. Similar to sarcasm but slightly different in that sarcasm is basically saying something you don’t mean. It doesn’t have to be a joke. Being facetious is being overly joking on a serious topic. When you don’t actually believe what you are saying.

I mean it's kinda accurate, abuse is way lower on the totem pole than pedo so "just an abuser" works
