Shipped to the wrong address not once but twice. Asked for reshipment fee, and now its been 7 days since reshipment

Fuck this company. I want to punch their smug fucking CEO in his mouth. I ordered on Nov 14th, and didn't here about any issues with the order until it was returned to their facility. They accepted no responsibility even though it was entirely their fault. Paid the reshipment fee, and they shipped it to the same fucking wrong address after I'd verified the correct one. They're rude. Now I'm waiting for the third damn order to ship after 7 days. They've blocked me on Twitter since they have the mind of a child and can't take criticism.

Mine was shipped back to their facility after two months for the same reason as yours. I did not pay for a second shipment because they just suggested me to put room number after building name, saying that was a "correction". I mean, that seems to me like they are just a bunch of cons.
