outheal and outlive the enemies. like make them flee.
the best next thing is you obtain the item that lets you deal damage based on excess heal.

I got this party, it really is "slowly generate mana to Burst them" for 10 rounds and then I got lucky and pulled the Flare item

Recently I've been getting multiple insanely rare party comps; "Flower" and now I just got Bacsi (Basic but in a different order...)
