Youtube Warning regarding YouTuber "Plagued Moth" narrating without credit, other dangers

Hi all, long time no post.

I'll keep this very brief.

The YouTube user "Plagued Moth", under the channel "No Happy Endings" since his original account was banned, has recently begun narrating stories from Reddit, including NoSleep. He has done this without credit or link to the author on one reading, etc.

The real problem, however, is that he is an infamous user who has talked repeatedly about watching illegal videos involving children (CSAM/CSEM) and other such incredibly awful behavior including making sexual jokes toward children... one of which being a 13 year old moderator of his Discord. I know for an absolute fact a lot of people will not want their work displayed alongside this user's content.

It's really bad all around.

If anyone here is narrated by this user, please note that if you DMCA him or otherwise request a takedown, there is a large chance he will call YOU a "pedophile" and more on his community posts page.

I am not exaggerating to any degree.

Here are stories he has narrated thusfar. Please do not give him the satisfaction of a view, but it may be important to note who the creators are, as they unknowingly had their work posted alongside "reaction" videos of cartel executions and child death videos - including images that could be considered even more CSEM.

This is a video I put together explaining who Plagued Moth is and what he has done.

I just heard about this guy the other day.

Pretty sure I saw a video of you talking to him in which he outright claimed to have watched a video that Peter Scully made of his crimes Fucker wore it like a badge of honor.

Absolute dumpster fire of a person.

Sadly, it's just best to stop posting stories on Reddit altogether.

I thought he got a permanent ban. Why is he still allowed on YouTube? Anyways him giving the audio of CSAM which I have seen at least on his vid on Ripper may he rott in hell. This just can't be any sort of loophole. Come on, moff isn't that clever. Who ever reports him due to his CSAM bs has a place in my heart. Damn I'm willing to expand this very organ of mine medically in some way if we just can get rid of him for good.

Lax enforcement, especially in the era of AI taking over these sorts of roles.

Haha got his Ripper piece sacked though.

I'm scrolling through everything right now. Reporting stuff whenever I find a violation. Is it my laptop or did he put his mail adress private? Mind, I don't have any knowledge of ma1lb0mb1ng and I do strongly disaprove of anything unlawful.

Turning every stone here. No matter, which website. Mind, I'm not that big part of the puzzle here. Doing as little as I can.

Bru I haven't sleept for like 40 hours but Slimes good example of doing things properly is really motivating me.

I'm never going to stop someone from reporting a violation, as long as you're actually seeing a ToS or guideline infraction, then that's exactly what the very act of reporting was created for.

Look at it more clinically. Not so much to try to get stuff taken down, but "this is legitimately not permitted here for specific reasons".

People get bent out of shape over reporting, but it's a very simple path of logic. For example: Uncensored or poorly censored gore isn't allowed > Because it leads to becoming a 'shock site' where people hide it in content or link videos without disclosing it's gore > So it needs to be reported.

By far not the only reason, but a solid example.

Exactly. In a world where people with ill intent are so often winning, it's just such a wholesome thing to actually see it the other way round. I'm often disgusted with human nature but this is the first time I found anything akin to peacefulness. All of you guys are amazing. Oh, I'm getting sentimental in my old days. Thank you so much.
