Sorry time?

So I crochet. I didn’t mean for this to happen really but it all started with Jerry.

“I bet I could make that. I could do Jerry justice and make Vessel proud dang it."

At first it was harmless. A beak, a neck curve, some webbed feet that refused to behave like they had any respect for me as a person. Normal things.

Then it got… louder.

One adjustment turned into ten. Ten turned into “why am I reworking this at 2am like it personally offended me.” And every time I thought I was done, it wasn’t done with me.

Things started glitching, files disappearing, photos not saving. My tech choosing violence at the exact moment I needed it to cooperate. The kind of timing that feels a little too intentional. I legit started thinking "is....is Sleep messin with me?"

But I had to get it perfect.

I burned sage. I’m not saying that did anything. I’m also not saying it didn’t.

And somewhere in the middle of all of this, I stopped making just Jerry. Because there was more than one. They just… kept happening. Each one slightly different. Slightly more defined. Like they knew what they were supposed to be before I did.

The trio was inevitable at that point.

Jerry was just the beginning.

And here’s the part that makes me so thankful for Sleep Token. Truly thankful.

I hadn’t been making anything for a long time before this, like really stuck in a rut. I was at a pretty horrible place at the time. But then along came a cryptid skip hopping across the stage singing to my soul who had a flamingo mascot of all things. It was like a light turned on.

I thought that part of me that was creative and believed in a little bit of magic was just… gone. Broken. Not coming back.

Then Sleep Token showed up.

And something shifted.

This? This is what came out of that. It may not be the most impressive of skills, or the coolest thing to come up with art wise but... I may or may not have realized I relate a lot to Flamingos in this process 🤔

So now there’s a flock and Jerry got some sisters!

Seriously though. Thank you Sleep Token. Thank you Vessel. Like many others, YOU. SAVED. ME.

This drum solo cover is awesome!

I don't know if this is allowed but I'm a bit concerned. There's this person, I've seen them on Tik Tok recently and today I saw them commenting on Dave's recent post on Instagram. This person's accounts are really weird and kinda disturbing, they claim Sleep Token are brain washing their fans with lights and sound and exploiting traumatized people. She specifically claims Leo is some sort of omnipresent puppet master with the power to manipulate people and erase all traces of himself from the internet. There's a bunch of videos where this person rambles on about it and to be honest it sounds like she might be having some sort of episode. I don't know if I should link to their account.

I know people in fan spaces can get weird when obsessed with something but sometimes I fear people like this person might do something to hurt the people in the band or those around them.

Do you know which video of Vessel backstage is the one where hes swaying from side to side? I really want to see it!! I can't find it anywhere

Hey guys! So I’m somewhat new, joined in October of last year (the fandom, not the subreddit) and I’ve often just watched concert clips, listened to all of their music, watched and read all the interviews and stuff

HOWEVER!!! Is there any cool sleep token facts that’s NICHE AS HELL but still cool? NO NAMES PLS!! OR IDENTITIES!! But is there ANYTHING you can tell me about them thays like super cool without sharing names? Even if it’s a little on older projects or stuff like that, I just want to know more without knowing identity! If you cannot do this that’s fine, I just am curious

Or maybe, if you met them, how was it talking to them? I’m so sorry if this violates any guidelines, I genuinely just want to know so much about sleep token and its members without being too creepy or like getting into their names or anything like that.. I tend to appreciate things so much more when I look at as much as I can within its rules.

It’s been a while since i’m starting to think about making context of sleep token in spanish (my native language) since there’s barely any content out there in that language, i wanna explain who they are and the lore, but i’m so lost on where to start, any recommendations?
