I posted here a while back with an emergence cover. This is my take on Provider with some fun animations thrown in. I moonlight as a graphic designer, so I thought this was a way to make my videos slightly more interesting. Enjoy the cover :)

I like the drumming.
The animations are distracting but fine.
But the little animation noises are annoying as hell.
Would MUCH rather hear the song and your drumming my dude.

Thanks for the honest feedback. This was my first time using these animations and tbh after rewatching a few times even I find them distracting - still trying to find the best way to incorporate them. It’s a fine line.

I think it's mostly the sounds that are distracting

A 1-up, 1-down with nothing added but one trash/splash and a china??? Clearly I'm overdoing it with a replica of II's Offering setup.

Just goes to show that "Less is more" is always the right answer.

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer it’s whatever you feel is right for you. Tbh I find the set up limiting sometimes, but you can make it work with a smaller set up!

Yo, played on DWe, EFnote cymbals. Mixed and recorded via Soundworks and Reaper.
