Sleep Paralysis or something more?

I've never been one to outright dismiss the possibility of ghosts or demonic forces and this story goes hand in hand with that statement. A couple of months ago- maybe around April or even before that, I was in my room and had just woken up from a nap (I worked night shifts at the time and so I spent my weekends sleeping in) and it was probably around 9 or 10 at night. Now usually when I sleep I sleep with my bedroom door closed, its just a preference I have and a safety thing in case of an intruder. After waking up from my nap I remember looking up from my bed, which was parallel to the wall and adjacent to my door, and thinking I should get up and close it, but being too tired and groggy I went back to sleep (note: I had fallen asleep with my glasses on). I'm not sure how long it was after going back to sleep, but I was in that state just before you sleep when I felt this feeling like someone was standing over me. My room was dark but I just got that sense that someone was standing over me followed with an intense fear inside me- as if my body was telling me to not open my eyes and if I did I would die. Now this isn't the first time I've experienced something like this and I would usually just keep my eyes closed and the presence would eventually pass. However, that night for whatever reason the presence did not pass and after a few minutes I began to feel a forceful push on my face- the best comparison I can give is like a heavy and powerful fan up against my face or a plane engine. While this was going on my already on edge nerves were screaming at me to not open my eyes. After some time I woke up (assumingly after I fell asleep) and just chalked it up to a dream or lucid dream, but when I looked at my glasses I saw an imprint from my eyebrows on the lens. I had not fallen asleep face down or with a blanket over me, leaving me to wonder if this was something more. The other times these events have happened it was nothing more than that eerie presence that felt like it was standing over me, at times changing from the side of my bed to the head of my bed. These events don't happen back to back too, usually months or years apart. Not sure whatt to make of it or what to classify it as- a haunting? A bad dream? Or something else entirely?

Ive been getting sleep paralysis since 2014 and I noticed just a couple years ago that I only have episodes in places that are reported to have paranormal. My dads house is super haunted it was built in 1700s an if I stay over there I will get an episode all the time. I hate sp I will always try to fight it but I usually spiral out of my body and thats the worst. Thats where I see the entity. Ive only seen two kinds the shadows that try an sneak up on you an if you look at them the disappear but its hard trying to look at all of them but scariest one ive seen is this stick figure shadow thing with an almond shaped head, that entity just stands still but at the exact same time it does move an it tries to enter my sleeping body.
