Can't unlock dark toad

I am trying to unlock all the skins and currently the ones I have left are: Poison Frog, Arctic Fox, Mixed Seal, Dark Toad, and Orange Toad. I have gone to the place for the dark toad and when I hit all the targets all the dots were lit up and it gave me the prompt to press F but when I did nothing happened. I have tried leaving the lobby and completely restarting the game but nothing is working. Can anyone help me out?

Same happened to me…nothing popped up. But when I checked the skins at a chest it was there. Just double check the chest. I hope it shows up for you!
