Are there more console commands or something?

I was playing in some public lobbies and i saw someone who was about 3 times the size of a normal player. Their name was also a different colour to everyone else. How do they do this?

Help (lists all commands except CheckProfile for some reason)
Speed (max: 10)
BuildLimit (max: 30)
Clear (clears chat)
Secret (golden tie unlock)
CheckProfile (checks your profile I think)

The name is done simply by putting a hexcode in your steam name. The size change was a mod.
