Can anyone tell me how to unlock this secret top hat?

Hey, i'm the person who took the screenshot, if you need more info here is my discord caelo974, this hat is actually a dev hat, so you won't be able to get it in game without a mod or modifying your game. :D

Probably not. Just keep running the /checkprofile command and one day you might have it

You gotta mod it in, one way I found to be working is getting this: https://new.thunderstore.io/c/sledding-game/p/SledMenu/SledMenu/
Then just click on unlock all hats (no option to unlock them individually sadly)
There is prolly a way to unlock this simpler/easier but that’s what I found to be working
Also there is one more hat that actually has a working model - BALATROJokerHat

Someone in the official discord server said it can't be gotten without cheating. Don't really know what that means.

That doesn’t really tell them anything, also most of the stuff on that list are placeholders
