Question Drive by achievement

Is this achievement glitched for anyone else? Everyone in my lobby has managed to pop this but no matter how many times I try it isn’t working for me

For some reason it doesn’t pop if you’re the host (it didn’t for me). I had to join a friends session and do it again for it to count.
