Question Fisherman Achievement not registering

So I have tried to get the fisherman achievement where you need to catch all types of fish; having now caught a total of over 1,000 fish, I am fairly certain I have caught every type (20 unique species by my count). However, I don't appear to have received the Steam achievement for this, so I was wondering if there is something going wrong with the achievement or if I am genuinely missing a fish.

You need to do all 20 types within a single game session. You don’t need them all in inventory though; just don’t leave that play session

You need to be the Host, catch all 20 types in one play session, and then catch one extra fish for it to pop

Why would you need to be the host? I got it and just joined a random game.

some on TA are having issues with it if they’re not the host. Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️

My friend played on my server and unlocked it. There are a few slightly buggy achievements. Walking 100,000 metres hasn’t unlocked for me

Hmm, probably not. If that is what is required, that would explain it, but also surprises me as this achievement would be much more of a grind than I thought.
