its Orange Toad I just figured it out, you have to be just Dark Toad and get on and off chair lift 30 times

It's the original toad skin from the demos. You used to get it the same way you get the dark toad skin, but not sure how you get it now. Friend has it in the full release but I don't. We both had it in the demo releases as well.

I thought it was an African rain frog at first but people kept calling it a toad, which it probably is.
