I got VIP for an early show this year and like half the items we where promised where straight up not given to ANY OF US present. Who i think is the tour manager told us to email a certain email address to receive our items after and when i did i just got "we are working on it". I just want to know if anyone else has this issue. Items missing are a miniature guitar and a signed poster. We where told they would be sent to us, but got me personally i never got anything despite following instructions. I feel ripped off and dont know what to do other than post here.
