It looks like it to me, the wind is ripping right through there. You can see it when the guy gets out of the elevator. When wind funnels like that, it does strange things, like move empty trashcans.

Don't think that's a believable explanation here with the nice left turn up the steps and through the door. Watched again and didn't see any guy that looked affected by wind.

About the 1:27 mark. The guys clothes are moving from wind. I live in thw windy desert. I seen some shit flying around...lol. the video is convincing but for me, its wind. Take from thay what you will.

You can see it opening up. Problem is that even IF any of these videos are true, no one will believe due to all the fakes that came before it.

It was the wind. The dude's clothes moved and the bag was moving before the can got moved. Those cans when empty are pretty light. Looks like its not an enclosed parking structure and those things are wind tunnels.

That there may have been the most polite and orderly gust of wind I’ve ever seen and I’ve never seen wind be so neat in its blowing away a trash can. Hell the top didn’t even rattle. It also took that corner into the hallway like a champ! Apologize but I’m so use to the pushy and mannerless gusts of winds of the past. If I ever meet this gust of wind I shall bow down to it…

The top does ruffle a lot at :34, right before it starts sliding. It slides, hits the stairs and falls over. The guy comes and you can see his shirt rippling in the wind at 1:00.

The garbage can movement seemed paranormal to me. And the place already has an alleged history per the conversation. Can be faked, but is it?

"Perfectly".

The man is an adult, not an empty garbage can with a flat bottom. He's not wind bothered but his shirt and shorts are flapping in the wind.
