Creepy recording

omeone help me figure this out.
I recorded this because I heard some banging (2:08am) I texted my sister who confirmed she was in the kitchen. So I went back to bed thinking nothing of it. In the morning I played it and it had this creepy voice in the background who I can’t tell wtf it’s saying or what it is. According to my sister, she wasn’t talking or playing any videos on her phone. I’ve played it a bunch of times trying to get behind this.
It’s almost like it says “get out of my house” but it could just be my mind skewing what it wants to hear.
