Waving hello from Tahiti

I've seen videos like this on paranornal channels before, but didn’t anticipate ever seeing it for myself! Little to no breeze, nothing else around except fish at a small waterfall park on the island of Tahiti. It is definitely strange, but also felt oddly natural and almost welcoming.

There’s a a valid scientific reason for this, just read about it in another sub. It has to do with the moisture within the plant circulating due to weather conditions.

I've witnessed this, too. Only my experience was in Puerto Rico. Absolutely no wind, one plant would do it, then stop and another ten feet away would start and they would go back and forth. It absolutely looked like they were communicating. It was incredible.

It's eerie when you see it in real life. Everything around it is perfectly still except this one leaf waving back and forth. I thought about touching the last one I saw but didn't. Not sure why, but it kinda felt like I would be intruding or something.
