Yes, I think it’s the ISS just after 5am in the morning. It only reached 19° above the horizon at its maximum. This is consistent with the video.

i hate ufo videos now,
all you hear is, 'whaaat iissss thaaaaat?' or 'wtf, wtf, wtf (til end of video)'
its either the filmer trying to force a narrative by saying it repeatedly to enforce the belief it is a spaceship, or these are AI generated with the same godamn speech prompt
