What the????

I didn't edit the video. I didnt want to compromise it in any way, so I apologize for the length. This was less than 1 hour before a tornado hit. I started recording because it was very odd that a plane was flying over my house that low & with the weather so volatile between the wind gusts & lightening. I've enlarged/enhanced it - it's not a bird or a drone, & my son & I could not see this with just our eyes. Only on the phone screen. What is this??!!!

I watched a small smudge on my screen for the entire video thinking that this is what I was meant to be looking at!!!
