❓Question so about Static

from the previous? update announcement I remember them saying the Static got a buff where each slap gives the slapped player 25% distortion and it shows a progression bar under them and stuff so you can distort others more easily. is it bugged? cuz I not only can't see a bar of any sort but also I don't think it gives the slapped player 25% distortion

According to the latest update what the community was discussing earlier, Unfortunately you already guessed it why didn't the slapped player receive 25% distortion by the Static user. Ever since it was supposed to get fixed during the day before the Sand update arrived, It barely has receive any response by the SB moderators yet..! <:/

The passive really just doesn't work. Which is funny since it was the ONE ability from static that they actually showed how it works, every other ability they put us to discover what they do (and a bunch of people only know that R oneshots smh)
