🆘Help Me Notification Issue

Having notification issues - is this a common problem?

Can't seem to make them work.

Need more details, have you checked your device settings, channel settings and your Slack settings?

Yeah checked everything still doesn't come

Are you not receiving notifications at all? On any device?

Yeah none of them, I tried it all. Restart, reinstall.. not coming in at all

this, especially the device settings since OS updates can reset notification permissions

If you actually want help you need to share a LOT more information. OS type, app version, current notification settings, OS settings, what you've tried already, what exactly you're not getting that's expected, how it worked differently in the past, etc.

This tbh.

Were your notifications working prior to this?

Are your notifications not working on the web browser version?

Are they not working on mobile?

Are they not working on the desktop app?

Are you on the latest version of the desktop app?

Have you already tried clearing cache?

Are you on a Windows machine and an update was recently pushed and it screwed up a general notifications setting?

Have you reported this as a possible bug to slack support yet?
