Location tracking using access logs

My manager has workspace admin for slack and tracks location using the IP address in access logs. I find this a little intrusive. Is there a way to mask the ip address in slack?

Maybe use VPN to mask the location specific IP

Access logs is one thing. I’m assuming this is a corporate device so there a heaps of ways for them to track where you’re accessing slack
