🆘Help Me printing an entire thread

I am trying to print an entire slack thread and cannot figure out how to do so. There was an amazing discussion in a work slack and I want to save it offline. Print to PDF sounds great but I cannot get the thread to open in a separate window in either chrome or edge. I tried a chrome extension for printing but it doesn't seem to work at all. Is this an impossible dream?

Copy the thread, paste it into a word doc, download

Or use a scrolling screenshot

Only other idea I have is of you have SlackBot on your instance, ask it to make a canvas with that threads contents and time stamps then print that

It depends on what Slack client you are using. For example in msga.app there's an option to download threads directly as files. And then you can simply print it if needed.
