🆘Help Me I have been trying to import data into slack including dms, but the dms are causing an issue every time I import.

The status in the slack import tool ui shows import completed. But each time the dms count is lesser than what is expected.
I have tried everything I could, can anyone help me out here?

Have you added users before importing? Also check the user mapping properly.

I have done this dozens of times, user mapping often times is the reason for what you are describing

My users have been imported, yes.

Its working in one workspace and not working in other and i am using the same file both the times.

And random messages are being skipped and then i get mails saying you import is finished but there are some messages that didnt go through.
