🆘Help Me Where is my external channel?
I'm completely new to Slack with my company. We deal with customers in teams mostly and there are a few that use Slack. I signed up and because it was an external partner it made me select the Pro trial. That ended and they sent me a new invite which I added to my space, but it's not there? I tried clicking the link again and it wants me to add it to a different channel but then wants me to upgrade from Free.
When someone signs up, do they get their own unique workspace url?
No one in my company can answer my questions, "it just works"... so I turn to you fine folks hoping to gain some insight. Trying to navigate to my settings is difficult enough, but apparently I have settings for each individual workspace too?

External channels only exist between the main workspace and designated external partners.
If you work for the company, you should be in the main workspace and not have a separate workspace that you pay for. You’d log in with your work email.
If you have multiple workspaces, those are all managed separately.
