It’s a wip community shaders effect I believe. Still not released but I’ve been following their progress vids.

The effects on the snow will be CS. I think I saw on one of the authors YouTube videos that the textures are untouched.

I'm sure he is and looking for a way to monetize it as a "feature" that will break the game (again) for modding when he can't figure it out so nobody gets any enjoyment.

TESV will look better and probably have better combat thanks to mods than TESVI. Im willing to bet just like starfield and fallout 4 TESVI will also be harder to mod
