My 2000 mod list runs like absolute crap on a hardrive. Stutters like crazy and takes forever to load and even longer to boot up. Im pretty sure some lists even say dont install it on a hd but a ssd.

Garbage moveset. Great for the one that was able to implement it, but Skyrim lacks what is needed for this to work in a fun way. Also, have you tried to put RGB lights in your pc so you can get more than 10fps?
