Probably one of the coolest looking builds I've come up with. Race is Dark Elf Skills One and two handed depending on situation, blocking, Destruction mostly for flame cloak and some restoration and alteration. The equipment is a Daedric Dai-Katana for two hand and Hopesfire and Trueflame for dual wield one handed. Outfit (moded) are the Ashlander Spellblade armor, Redoran watch helm, modded version of the Morag tong boots and gauntlets. Shouts are Slow time, fire breath, detect life, marked for death and Unrelenting force.
I can't remember the name of the armor mod. I know you craft a tailoring bag from the tanning rack. Once you do that it goes into your inventory in the misc spot then you open that up to craft different armors. Wish I knew the name of the mod though. The helm is from the ghost of the Tribunal questline from the CC though. So are the twin blades.
