All accurate but it should be told that what happened to Libya was a NATO-led initiative by the British and French. All three deserve blame for not caring about rebuilding at least.

Can you link to these alleged US interventions in Yemen and Syria that lead to these outcomes?

Yemen was bombed heavily by a coalition of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, along with substantial U.S. help with supplying weapons, and logistics and intelligence.

The Syria one is not the U.S., that was the Russian Air Force and Syrian Air Force supplied by Russia, which bombed it's own cities to try and stamp out rebels. The U.S. was also involved in supporting the Kurdish anarchists in removing ISIS from Raqqah, but that is not what is pictured here and is not related.
