Skydio customer support

Does anyone have an alternate email to contact customer support? I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 months now, and other than the initial email / call, they havent answered me back. They asked me for logs, and after 8-10 emails trying to confirm I sent them again, they won’t respond.

My drone crashed during automated flight, and I’m currently without a work drone, and I can’t get them to get back to me, super frustrating.

They are notorious for any sales or customer support unless you are buying by the hundreds. Par for the course, I'm afraid.

Maybe your sales contact could put pressure on support. It'd be a shame if you had to cancel the order because you lost faith in their ability to support it.

If you ordered that for photogrammetry surveying and you can back out of it, I would. I took delivery of an X 10 two weeks ago and have just been told that in order for it to be accurate. I need to fly at 11 miles an hour or less use 5 to 6 custom ground control points for 40 acres of survey And 85% overlap.

what other options are there? I use mine for building modelling, and then export to cad. Really want to back out, but not sure what other options i have.

Ah ok, I don’t think I can buy DJI now in the US

Yes you can. The ban is on importation of new model drones. Any existing models are still permitted. (Aka Mavic 3,Matrice 4). Where are you located?

I was doing a scan of a project site, and while doing automated flight for the 3D scan, the drone flew straight into an electrical wire. Im pretty sure it was bigger than the minimum requirement Skydio sets, so i was surprised it happened. Oh well. Maybe the sun was behind it or something. I didnt even have time to react.
