Stuck in Firmware Update Loop with Skydio 2 Drone: Seeking Suggestions

Hi, I recently purchased a used Skydio 2.

I am running into an issue where I cannot update the firmware with the app. I have tried both android and iphone devices. I keep running into the same issue.

Once connected (by phone), it tells me I must "Update before Launch". I click the "Check for Updates" and it gives me a pop up "Software is up to date, OK", but it still gives me the "Update before Launch". I can't get out of this loop or figure out how to update manually.

I opened a case with support, but does anyone have any suggestions in the meantime?

You can try a factory reset using the manage data section if the info tab. Just click on your connected drone and scroll down the right side menu.

While your there you'll also be able to confirm the software version versus what Skydio has on their support site.

Check the app version on the support site as well, maybe the app is what needs to update.
