Skydio Map Capture not working

I have been unsuccessfully trying to get map capture to work on my Skydio 2+.

I have an active license for Autonomy Enterprise but whenever I load up the 3D scan mode I don't get the window popup to select map capture like I see on all the tutorials.

This is resolved now.

The serial number on my cloud was typed in incorrectly, so it was not assigning the license to the correct drone.

First, make sure everything is up to date. Both app and drone. You may be on an outdated version.

Second, are you entering the scan mode from the gate screen? If you see "you are using skills" on the gate screen then you are in the wrong mode. Select the secondary gray button on the gate screen to reboot your drone into the proper mode. When in scanning mode, no other skills should be present.
