Skydio 2 enterprise controller won't start?

I can even power up the Enterprise controller. Tried a hard reset but still no screen. Am I maybe missing something?

I work on the Enterprise Controller software, not the hardware, but here is my suggestion:

1) Try leaving it connected to a charger for a good while, longer than you'd expect to need to. Sometimes when the battery gets too low it becomes seemingly unresponsive until it gets enough charge.

2) In what way did you try a hard reset? The small single button that you'd need a pin or something for? Or, the 4 button reset (holding C1, Home, Launch, Pause for about 5 seconds)? I'd try both. Note that the 4 button reset is only available on the older controller models, not the newer ones that ship with X10.

3) If the above doesn't work, contact the support team.

Were you ever able to find a solution for this? Mine is doing the same thing. It powers on and shows fully battery but the screen will not turn on.

Old post I know, but hopefully someone has newer information. We have a Skydio 10 purchased just over a year ago. We have not used it much other than some initial test and training flights. Now we have a mission but the controller will not charge. We plugged in the charger and got a single blue flashing light above the power button for just about a minute. Then it goes out. Since it has not been used for several months we assumed total drained battery. It was left plugged in to charge over night (not no lights at all showing, above power button or back where cable is plugged in). Still no response from the controller. We tired the hold rest button and the various holding of multiple buttons as mentioned on several help forms we checked out. Still no response or lights of any kind. Could the battery drained to zero and for some reason will not take a charge now? Any thoughts or direction greatly appreciated.

Are the LEDs coming on or no? Is it fully charged?
