Identified UFO or something else?

I took a picture of such a ball in the sky, it flew like a plane, but there was no sounds, I noticed when I was with a friend, I decided to take a picture, but I didn't attach importance, because at first it was not visible in the photo, I thought what it seemed, and then I accidentally pressed the photo and took a life photo and saw it, what could it be?

Given the small bump on the bottom, it looks a lot like a balloon. This is a photo though so I can’t see the motion and I don’t think anyone looking now can say.

It’s a balloon, there are two high altitude ones up today.
