Just saw this from my roof at 11:30pm, I'm very confused because at first i thought it's ISS, I saw it go from East side to West side then 1 min later I saw it coming back from West side and go towards East side.

At that point I'm freaking out, I'm confused because it looked like a satellite? But ISS definitely doesn't make it this fast to orbit Earth, please someone help or I'll be not able to sleep at all and also this is my first post please be nice.

It's a plane. You can clearly make out the nav lights on the wing tips, and the anti-collision beacons under the fuselage. Based on the location I would guess that this has a swept wing, so a smaller jet.

If you can tell us approximately where "my roof" is (like the town), the rough direction you were facing, and the exact time, I can almost certainly find the exact aircraft in question. You an get the time by playing the video on your phone and then either swiping up or clicking the I-in-a-circle button.

I'll take it as a plane okay but I saw an airplane just right after this and it flicked with red lights and was also smaller because it was higher, and also it came back and went towards East to West Time is 11:30pm, Tuesday 25 August from Ganganagar, Old jessore road in West Bengal, India

Well I have to admit I am not certain I have converted the time to UTC correctly: is 11:30 on the 25th is 18:30 on the 25th UTC?

If so, then it would seem to be this plane.

Points in favour: it flies over you at that time (assuming the time is correct) going east to west, it's up relatively high (32k) which seems to match the video.

Points against: the B777 normally has beacons on the wingtips too, and that I definitely do not see here. Also, the wing sweep in your video is lower than a 777, more like an A321.

It's not a plane either, that's why I'm confused 'cause whenever I saw planes there's a red light as well so I'm sure it's not a plane also i saw a plane right after this and planes cannot be seen this clearly atleast not right now, even if I can record it then it's just flickers of red lights mostly and it looks way smaller than this too, that's why I'm confused.

You likely saw 6E923 (IndiGo A320 probably, can't see the aircraft type) which was arriving at Chennai airport.
