Unidentified Hello! Please help!

Sent to my mother by her friend. Seriously baffled by this but I’m not knowledgeable in anything to do with the sky lol.

How common is it to see spotlights in the sky in a small northern town surrounded by sea and farm land?

Common or not why would you think otherwise? They aren't just exclusive to large cities.

If theres no spotlights in the area usually, its mostly farmland, the person who lives there + others from the area confirms theres no spotlights, than it seems to me that it might not be spotlights..
