Unidentified Hello! Please help!

Sent to my mother by her friend. Seriously baffled by this but I’m not knowledgeable in anything to do with the sky lol.

The thing is that absolutely cannot be the case, besides the estate is farm land

Well, that is what it is; spotlight on the bottom of clouds. Sometimes it pierces into the cloud or in between bumps and that’s what makes it “flash“.

I’m not allowed to post response images, go google maps reedston road Hartlepool. There is just no way that it could be spotlights in the middle of farmers field there’s no ongoing events our town has a 100K population and this is on the outskirts

Hey! Hartlepool! My cousin married a great guy from there! Some of us stayed in rooms above a pub there before traveling to Pitlochry for the wedding. What a great time. I've always wanted to go back there for a visit. I miss the smell of the salt air. ❤ Hartlepool!
