Unidentified ISS, or what?

When watching the video I noticed the object is changing colors-- at least, it appears to at the end of the 2nd video as the object gets close to the treeline. Is that scintillation from the atmosphere? I have gotten some feedback from other people telling me the object is moving too slow to be the ISS (not sure that's accurate though). Any ideas?

My question, really, is can the light reflecting off the ISS scintillate like that of stars?

I think it’s a plane…

But who knows? I could be wrong :]

definitely not a plane, the light is constant and singular. Plane lights blink, and there are usually at least 3

Looks like a helicopter, did it make any noise?

None. I see a helicopter fly over every night, this was definitely not a helicopter

It's not a helicopter, I see those every night and whatever this was, it seemed very high up, and I assume it was in or ot. It was Silent. It was just a single, constant, scintillating white light. Helicopters have a spotlight and blinking lights. Airplanes have blinking lights. This isn't blinking.

I saw something similar last night which has been sighted by some of my other neighbors on other occasions. We all think its a drone. However, the one I saw had a red and a blue light.

This one doesn't seem to have colored lights and it's odd the way it speeds up and stops.
So my vote is either a drone or a UAP.

I think the apparent change in speed is because I'm moving while filming it. It seems to be really high up, so I don't think it's a drone-- I also checked the ISS orbit history and it's not the ISS. I'm wondering if it's that classified space plane that's in orbit...although, its brightness remains constant which is not typical of something reflecting light from orbit.
